Your pregnancy is a time of transformation, and our goal is to support you every step of the way.  Our comprehensive, holistic prenatal care is designed to nurture both body and mind, giving you knowledge and confidence to prepare for birth.  You’ll have plenty of time at each visit to ask questions, explore your options, and make informed choices that align with your values.  We will see you once a month until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and then weekly until your baby makes their arrival! Breastfeeding support is also built into our services so you can feel empowered from the beginning! You can also choose all in-home visits or visit us at our office in Maryville, TN.

All births are attended by one midwife and at least 1 skilled and trained birth attendant.

We provide postpartum visits at 1 day, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks to check in on both you and your baby, ensuring you’re recovering well, receiving the support you need, and feeling confident in feeding and caring for your newborn.
